She sniffed it this morning and gave me a look like 'oh my gosh! Who did that to you!' Heh.

Our rats used to do that. My biggest brat, who was of course the smallest rat, would bite me and then she'd wriggle and ingratiatingly flatten her ears and whiskers and attempt to groom me and be like, "Oh, what bad rat did THAT to you?"

Aw that's adorable! I can so imagine a rat doing that, as well, all the ones I've met have been very cordial, for the most part. :)
