Maggie's Golden Pig, wot?
Oct. 4th, 2007 11:42 amI seriously had so much fun doing this piece, though it took a lot more time than usual, and doing 'gold' in colours that are not actually gold resulted in a few swear words before I finally got the hang of it.
Well this is a gift for my Aunt Maggie, who turns 50 this week, and who was born in the Year of the Pig, and celebrates her birthday in the Year of the Pig. It seemed appropriate. That and my Mum put in a request. And so did Maggie, actually, about 4 months ago.
The colouring in this took like... a while. It looks unreal in real life.
