Aww, the mental image of her grabbing his big toe is just adorable. I really hope their dogs are all right. So much of the news from this is just heartbreaking... it's good to hear a bit about people making it. :)

God.. I wish I could give both of them a hug. And I sincerely hop their dogs made it out fine too.

So very scary. :( They are both incredibly lucky; I can just imagine how I would feel, not knowing if my SO made it out.
