I coloured these varying Inktober pieces
(done in 2015 and 2016, lol).
Basically I have a backlog of black/white pieces to colour.

I get to have lunch soon,
I'm very excited about this.

Thank you! :D The blue poppies were a lot of fun to colour (and the octopus fought me a bit, but I kind of expect that from cephalopods :D ).

Yes! (Though illegally, as Blue Planet 2 won't be available in Australia until mid-February, because of stupidity. I'll buy the DVD set when it comes out though, as I have with all the other Attenborough docos).

Just really watered down white acrylic over the coloured sections, and I used some white pencil too (it has to be a good pencil, i.e. polychromos or prismacolour, derwent won't have good coverage general, even the studio ones - it's worth going to an art store and paying extra for a single white polychromos / prismacolour, though many art stores don't sell the prismacolours on their own).

I adore the octopus! It has that completely alien look that octopodes get sometimes.
