Awwww!

Traditionally, in Bologna, the dish is served on a plate dressed with either baby spinach or rocket according to season- this wilts under the hot pasta and adds a yummy additional texture and flavour to the dish.

The bed is evidently very, *very* comfortable! :D (And I like raw spinach very much myself. Steamed is O.K., too. I don't like it cooked to a pulp. But raw it is delectable.)
