(this is kind of a landmark illustration for me. For the longest time - 6 years maybe - cat totems, even my own cats, simply wouldn't 'come through.' But thanks to some shamanic work and I think just a lot of time and experience, they're now an official animal I can connect with).

Oh that python is GORGEOUS.

I love the addition of plants in with the wombat. Not something you normally do, but it works.

The cat really was! It's been so hard to 'get' cat, and then it just... came through and so clearly. I'm very lucky there, I think. Still struggle with hot-blooded horses though (like arabians).

Really love the cat! So much, just, LIFE in the face. Maybe it's the lovely detail to the fur that really makes the eyes and whiskers pop. Beautiful! (So are the others, of course. Sorry, I always comment on the one that really catches my eye first!)
