I LOVE that first picture of Maybe. You can see the intensity of his focus in all the pictures, but the first one fantastic.

Yeah, Maybe's focus is really intense. She's pretty scary if you wake up and that's how she's looking at you. Lol.

Heh. I can practically hear Maybe in the first photo! My favorite, though, is the sixth. That is a great angle which really shows off her features. And Moet in contrast to Maybe's intensity is just "What? Camera? Hi." . :) These are super, thanks for sharing them.

Yeah, Moet's so non-plussed by the camera, and Maybe's all 'what is that? What is this? Where is Moet? Can I play with him?' I mean, she's way more relaxed than she used to be, but still a very alert kitty. Her nickname these days is 'chicken,' based on Chicken Little.

I love how Maybe looks just the tiniest bit totally wacked out in all of these! My little cat has that also, the I DO NOT ADHERE TO NORMATIVE STANDARDS OF CAT DIGNITY face, and it is so cute, and also HILARIOUS.

Yeah, Maybe does that 'I'm HONESTLY A DIGNIFIED ANIM-wait, CAN I KILL THAT?' She's not very cat-like at all; aside from how much she sleeps. But she's lovely to have around the house, and she and Moet make us laugh all the time.

Oh I don't know, I have a couple of pro photographers here and on Facebook and they're so *good.* I sometimes wonder how things would be if I wasn't using an old DSLR, and had lenses outside of the kit lenses, but that being said - I enjoy what I've got. Just the option to take digital photos at all is lovely.

Aw. I never exposed mine to a camera flash - so they've never experienced the 'shock' of that blinding light. That plus letting them sniff the camera whenever they want has meant that they've become really habituated to it. But even with that, some cats/dogs just don't like it.
