Well, I decided to post these all at once,
rather than break it up over a series of days.
This is the last in the current batch of totems.
But not the last of my current request list!
But I need to get back to inking a magical forest...

Date: 2011-06-17 10:24 pm (UTC)- I love the richness of the Paradigalla's plumage
-the background on the Rhode Island Red is wonderfully lush, and you can just *feel* her looking at you.
-the Quoll is about 17 different kinds of fantastic! The background, the fur, the *eye*, those power circles!... *sits on hands to avoid an imprudent move* towards email to ask friend to make purchase!
-and the Barnevelder is just glorious. I liked it very much uncoloured, and the colour is stupendous. Not just those intricate feathers and their iridescence, I also like the background (which is odd for me -- I generally don't care for pink).
This is a stunning group, and how hard you've worked on them really shows. (Not that it normally doesn't, but these are practically incandescent from what you've poured into them.)

Date: 2011-06-19 12:31 am (UTC)Quolls are amazing. In energy and general disposition. I've had the fortune of meeting them both in the wild for tagging/science purposes, and at a local wildlife park, and they're just... wow. Like if god put an angry cat and some kind of Mustelid together, gave it a pouch and some spots and the ability to be very very arboreal.
