New wordpress blog post over at Ravenari@wordpress!

I’ve been wanting to use this blog more, but I’m simply not sure how to go about it. I have so many things I’d like to write about publically, or for the public eye, but how? And who’s interested? So, I’m here to ask for your opinion. What sort of things would you like to read?

Personally I think "All the above". I understand what you mean about worrying that you're too unfocused- that's a problem I'm having when deciding on if/how to start a public blog again. However, I think there's good reason to think it'd work out in your case. For one, all the things you want to write about relate to each other in some way. Secondly, you have a large enough following that cares about your work that would be interested in getting to know more about you outside of it, in fact, many people feel more excited about someone's art when they learn more about the artist, it's definitely true for me. Also, I think we're entering an age where the internet is allowing more and more artists of all fields and at all levels to speak up about important issues, and it's becoming more and more acceptable, expected and sought after. I think it's a really good way of promoting yourself career-wise and educating the population.

Maybe what you could do, since you're on wordpress, is create a category menu either in your navigation bar or as a drop down menu.
