Oh, this is easily one of my favourite pictures in the deck.

I've been working hard today, really hard, as the colouring of this was complex although really rewarding. (I also finished colouring Malleefowl today... I think I've done about 6-7 solid hours today).

I know that the colours probably weren't what some of you predicted, but I knew all along I was going to be hit with greens/purples.

OMFG...oh my gods...I am speechless. I usually don't go on and on and on...but this is...spectacular. This one is SPECIAL...VERY VERY special...I am just blown away. Hell it was fantastic in B&W and...seeing it in color, I am SO PLEASED and impressed with the colors in this work...OMFG...

ooo VERY nice work with the colors on this one!You're very good with balance and compsosition. You design work dosn't take away from the wallaby which is one of the reasons why I like it so much. DOes that make sense? lol

And yeah that makes sense, I don't like it when the animal gets lost in the picture (unless of course, the animal is meant to... which isn't often).

Thank you! I based most of the colouring off the ones I regularly see in the bushland. They are so gorgeous, with their little black paws (hence the nickname 'black paws.')
