It's surprising how subtle this is, for all the strength of the image. I'll be very curious to see it coloured. (It's also very interesting to see the difference between your style when you first did the card, and now.)

A lot of red and white in the final image. I've actually been working with Goanna directly over the past week, regarding certain spiritual issues. So I decided to do the redo of the illustration now in thanks.

Oh my GODS, the TEXTURE. *boggles* This is one of the many "could stand as a completed piece easily without colour", but I still wanna see it colourified too. :D

Yeah, the bigger black/whites always do pretty well on their own, I think. But I'm so excited to colour this one too!

Oh wow! I am liking this one! The juxtaposition of the triangles and the swirlies is very neat.

Eeee! Glad you like the juxtaposition. I like using angular shapes, don't get to use them nearly enough during the 'as totems' series.
