I particularly like the curvature on the neck of the Pine marten. Not that all mustelids aren't beautiful, but (at this stage anyway) that pose really captures their grace. Have you ever done (or considered doing) a picture of a Spotten linsang?

I have actually considered a spotted linsang before! I like a lot of the less common mammals in general, but especially the longer, less well-known ones. I actually considered it quite seriously because I was pinged by the viverridae family last year. I ended up drawing the Binturong and the Banded Palm Civet instead. :D

I want you to know that my grandmother got me one of your prints for Christmas - the bay Brumby in the the leaves- I just adore it! It's going to be one of my first pieces of artwork up in my house. I want so many more to go with it - I'm hoping to get several of your totem series. But anyway, hope your Christmas is going well, thanks for helping make mine splendid :)

Heh; which is probably why they didn't get covered this time, though I did briefly considered the Oriental Small-Clawed Otter, mostly because I've written a totem file for them and I'd like to do a companion art piece one day. :D
