*Must* you colour the Wandsuna picture? Because the black and white is amazing. I keep staring at individual foxes, and staring, and... (Heh. You know I hope that I don't mean the question seriously. I'm just very fond of the black and white.)

I also like the mini-totems very much. Anubis (obviously), but I also find the spotted hyena very striking!

And I must say that I keep going back to the crying fox in the lower left hand corner. I pretty much have every single time you've shown a progress shot of this piece.

I adore the composition of the Wandsuna piece. I mean, I adore everything about it, but the circular flow of the many fox heads hooks me right away.

The fox one... wow. At first I wasn't fussed, but as you've been inking it it's just become holy crap intense. It's amazing.

And those lines really do look good. But omg. So many.


I dig Anubis. I can't help comparing him to Wepwawet @ Totem. Yinepu with his bigger ears, and narrower more jackally muzzle. He's lost all the wolf and trickster, but for all his tinyface and bigears, you've managed to not make him child-like, which something I think some people project onto him. Despite his structure, he manages to look... like a Deity. I think you got him really well.

I also rly like the otters :3 I am biased. I will be linking the Hyena one to a spotted hyena fur friend if/when it's available for prints.
