hmmm... i'm not one that is for selective coloring, it's one of my biggest pet peeves in photography. Yet i almost wish that you would leave her colored like this, only adding color to the bandicoots. It will be far more beautiful than i can imagine it whatever you choose. :) but i like the idea of having them stand out so much as though she is the opposite of her brother. He's fading into the background while she pops out of it.

I can actually see what you see in the picture, and contemplated it myself; but alas, it is both too late (I continued working on the picture once I'd taken this photo, after giving it some thought), and... I'm not sure if it suits these two specifically.

But it might be something for me to consider in the future. A technique, that is.
