No, the streetsigns on the left are for that tiny black outlined bit - new development 12.

Me too! Every time I see it I'm like... 'I shouldn't like that, I'd hate it if it happened to our place,' and then I pause and I think 'heh, it's a skull smoking a cigarette.'

I visited my sister today, she lives in Ellenbrook and I asked my mum, "Where's Malvern Springs?" She reckoned it was on the Whiteman Park side of Gnangara Road, whereas I thought it was further to the North-west, nearer to the pine plantations.

So, where IS Malvern Springs in relation to the oldest section of Ellenbrook, where my sister lives?

It's really not where your Mum said it is. It's basically a stone's throw from the Vines. If you look up 'Elmridge Parkway' on Google Maps, you'll be able to see where it is.

And we're about 10 minutes from the oldest section of Ellenbrook.

I like skulls, cartoony type ones that is, not real ones... but I also generally like creative graff like that - and people pretty rarely do it to houses.... there is some awesome legal graff on our train line and I rode past it for the first time in daylight today... it is so awesome... :P it tells a story and the skill with spraycans is just, just, awesome heh

I like the view of the hills behind. And the skull. Doubtless I would feel differently if it was my house that had been so defaced, but the skull is rather jaunty. Very Baron Samedi. :)

No I know that, I was wondering about the naming convention, our street are all famous medical people. Probebly should have said "What sort of naming convention gives you Pinearoo Trec"

It's an Indigenous word. Meaning neither pine nor kangaroo. :)
