How do you get such clear shots? How do you keep the camera from shaking?

My camera has a 'no shaky' thing on it, but even with that engaged, alot of my pictures end up quite blurry. :(

Steady hands. The camera I use has the last effective 'no shaky' thing on it, so steady hands all the way.
