I got to see our local raven pair preening each other on the coldest morning of the year last year from about two metres away while I hid out in the bushland. They are so sweet. I hope the bushland behind us stays long enough that I can see more things like this.

The numbat has featured on my company's logo since its inception. I like numbats, but the detail used on the current incarnation of the logo makes it impossible to work with. I did a simple line drawing. They are very cool, I enjoyed it, and was pretty impressed with how it turned out considering I usually suck at drawing animals. :)
