General Description:
The olive-headed lorikeet (also known as the yellow-headed lorikeet and perfect lorikeet), is found on Timor and nearby islands. It prefers habitats of tropical and subtropical, low-level rainforests, jungle and other moist forests. The male and female look very similar. Olive-headed lorikeets can live for approximately 20-30 years. They are playful and vocal birds.
