Kiki is awesome, and one of Glen's favourites in the Ghibli ouevre. Which is cool, considering it's about a young girl witch going through mostly girly issues, with a very girly soundtrack. My younger brother loves it too.

They are indeed. And it's called that because it was a time when Disney wasn't making quite as much money, and started making movies with slightly darker themes or higher ratings (i.e. The Black Cauldron.)

I really like it, I actually like it more than The Cat Returns (the sequel). Anyone who's ever wanted a career in the arts can benefit from watching this movie. It's beautiful. Probably one of my favourite non-Miyazaki Ghibli movies.
