I don't really think of it as 'unleashing', but it seemed to match your terminology.
But taking a little time out to revel in nature, to be silly, to take joy in movement, or to act a little fey sometimes, is important to me and my self-image.
Something I've always wanted to to is dance wildly on a hilltop in the rain...but rain is usually cold, and this makes me D:.
