These match my mood a bit. Not grumpy. Just heavy and a bit stormy. Tumours growing will do that to you. Neuroendocrine Cancer is a pain in the ass. (Or in my case, the neck and head).
Somehow, the clouds around here aren't anywhere near as textured and interesting. Right now it's just a grey-white shroud that blankets the sky and bleeds down into a mist at the horizon. It's also snowing. I like the top-most Alien Sky, it has great depth.
Yeah, I've noticed that different biomes/countries have like, really different cloud formation styles even if they're getting the same class of clouds. (England, for example, doesn't have 'adventurous' clouds as often as Perth, even though it has considerably more cloud cover in general).
It's mostly down to wind (Perth is the third windiest major city in the world), humidity and heat. Wind/humidity is texture, and heat is colour. They're not hard and fast rules by any means, and anywhere in the world can have spectacular skies, but I do think it does influence things. :)
