Due to fairly dismal weather
(yay dismal weather!)
we saw no fairy wrens on this holiday.
But we still got to see some very pretty birds
and one very bond New Holland Honeyeater,
while at The Berry Farm.

Friend!

Taking a peek.

Preparing to fly away

Increasingly curious about what's on my plate...

Really curious!

So curious I can no longer properly focus on him, because he's too close to my long lens and I couldn't lean far enough back in my chair, lol.

Silvereyes.

Another silvereye enters!

Four silvereyes is clearly the perfect number.

And this gives you a proper idea of how gloomy it was, lol.

What a sharp-dressed beauty the first one! Thank you for showing it.

Much as I love New Hollands, something about the shape of their face/eyes always makes them look adorably grumpy. ^_^

So pretty.

We bumped into a lot of jays in Italy this trip.

They're certainly one of our more colourful native birds!

Very handsome birds! I particularly like the first two photos, and then the first on the table. You can clearly see the curiosity. :D

These are gorgeous shots!

Could I ask what the EXIF data is, if you know?

What camera and lens do you use, too? :D

Thank you for the info!

Seems like you used the pattern metering mode to get more even lightning. I'm gonna see if I can try that the next time. :)
