[Art] Thought I'd put these up and actually hadn't, weird.

So I have been arting a bit more than usual this year (still less than I used to, but I've been really enjoying it, which I think is the main thing).

Here's some from a little while back. The Red Dragon was a birthday gift, the bilby was because I really don't think the Australian bilby gets nearly enough love - strange rabbit-like marsupial that it is. And the eagle owl because I just really like owls? I find them easy subjects, and they always look so fierce. :D (When they don't look derpy).

As always, all in fineliner on illustration board, with watercolour / watercolour pencil / coloured pencil / and some metallic paint highlights.

Bilby and Knotwork

Freehanding this knotwork was one of the harder things I've done, but I also really enjoyed it, and I think I'm going to experiment with knotwork more in the future.
