I was mostly focused on not taking photos,
but still managed to snap a few.
It was a nice evening,
a cool breeze but not too cold,
and some awesome fish & chips, and gelato to be had by all.
Sunset in Perth

I tinkered with the idea of putting this one first as my 'photo of the day,' but realised that most people would probably want to see a sunset instead of like, fairyfloss clouds. But I am all for fairyfloss clouds!

I've never seen the sun set over the ocean in person.

Date: 2013-01-12 08:35 pm (UTC)We have a brilliant sun in a blazing blue heaven here, but step out of the door, inhale... and it's like you've inhaled a glass of ice water because it's currently -25C (today's high, as I am writing this in the early afternoon). Heh. I realize you would like your heat there to ease off, but I still appreciate it vicariously.
