That's going to be absolutely and totally stunning when it's done. I'll prepare myself accordingly. *puts on magic helmet of not-too-much-adverse-effect-of-stunning*
I hope so! There's not too many more wild animals to put in there now; maybe just one, actually. So it's all trees and ground textures and stuff now. :D
I'm a little bit sick of it now! Lol. I'm sure I'll find the whimsy again when I start colouring. :D
Moet clawed it last night (the bastard!), I had it down flat for a rare five minutes, and in that time he jumped on it, stretched, claws came out and we were like 'OH MY GOD.' Thankfully no major damage, and nothing that can't be hidden, but geeeeeez.
... And so the piece becomes mixed media, with real embedded cat skinTM? ;D
Honestly, that must have been *horrifying*. Oh Moet! (Though honestly, I can' understand why the cat doesn't understand. To him it's a nice surface to claw, yes? He doesn't grasp artistic merit and many hours of painful labor. And it's not even like you can just give him a piece of the art board for himself, because he shouldn't be encouraged to claw it.)
