She was quite relaxed, and she makes a bit more eye contact than she used to. She's also not as twitchy sometimes.

This is Moet's new spot.





I'VE GOT YOU! Moet's got this thing he does sometimes where he gets all his claws out, but then tries and angles them so that your fingers are between his claws (don't try this at home, kids!) He's concentrating hard, and playing, so he's like 'yay fun!' and also shifting his paws minutely to get them in just the right spot. Blurry because my fingers are sandwiched between cat claws.

I grew up with a tabby called Jessica who looked exactly like that. Two of my cats do the finger-between-the-claws thing too. Sometimes I'll hook a nail under a claw and stretch out the cat's toes. Not to be attempted with random cats :-)

I can do this with Moet! Heh. But Maybe will have none of it; she's too sensitive and fiddly and fussy to like things like that.

Oh wow, I've never had a cat play re: the claws between fingers thing. Neither of my cats let their claws out during play. :D But that is SO COOL (and very considerate, haha).

Moet and Maybe are both shocking! Maybe doesn't even pretend to be gentle most of the time. She's claws out all the way. I don't use my hands to play with her, and I have to be careful with toys too, since if she misses, she can shred.

Moet is more hit and miss; depends on where you're positioned as to how much he gets into it.

Gosh, those are such wonderful cats. :D I want to beep Moet's nose in the first picture, but I sincerely doubt he would tolerate such indignity.

That icon always freaks me out and yet I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Floating cat pods! Moet is okay with nose-beeping so long as he is feeling sleepy and it's done gently. He doesn't even move away from it. :D
