Kind of? There's a whole park full of it over in Seattle, and then there's the figure of SAM at the Seattle Art Museum. Then again, there are the art installations in the downtown areas: people decorating cows to put out in Portland, or pigs in Seattle, or like the decorated Mickey Mouses in Disneyland. But like what you have there? No, not really. I think we have TOO much rain to really be feasible...
