Ohhh, Pine Marten. The colours are SO perfect. :D Who WOULDN'T love Pine Marten?

I also love the description for Lesser Grison. You can tell you shouldn't mess with them.. they look TOUGH. :)

The pine marten is spectacular because I love how you've captured the grace of the creature (which I am very familiar with), as well as the colours. The background on the grison is fascinating, and I really like how the creature is part of the energy stripe. You've also really captured their habitual expression. :)

Grisons are Neat. I met one of them--she snuffled my feet--(someones 'pet'-*fierce* but still friendly and playful...

mustelids are my favorite carnivore family. It's so nice to see a selection of the lesser-knowns (as much as I love the skunks, badgers, more common weasels and ferrets and ermines, and otters)

Alas I am teh broke, and it's so veryvery awesome I doubt it will last for me to be able to afford it.

The color schemes are awesome on both of these. For some reason, I get an impression of badger when I see the grison... It might be that "evil" stare...

These two are such badasses. Honestly. They've got the "Yeah, you don't want to mess with us, we da bomb!" expressions.

We don't have any mustelids here in Australia, and working with animals I've never seen (aside from otters, at the zoo, which isn't really comparable) is always a strange experience because in my heart lurks the constant 'people I know, see these animals on a regular basis,' and it's always gratifying when some feel from the picture, what they feel from the animal. I mean that's just amazing. :D

Mustelids are awesome. I've drawn two otters before, and badgers twice, so I decided to give them all a break and go with the rare ones (which were pinging me anyway!)

Heh, awesome! Yeah, they do have the evil stare. I also think the stripes on their head and the black underside look a bit like badger too.

They really are badasses, the whole mustelid family is really. The 'softest' one I've encountered in terms of illustration is the North American River Otter, but it's not really 'soft', just 'softer than the rest.'
