*nods* Well, they share an area that includes our backyard, and some of our neighbors' yards, but yeah. It's always amusing in the warmer months to hear the male crowing like a rooster on the garage roof of our backyard neighbors.
Oh these are glorious! They don't need colour really! ;D I love all the details of the feathers, but then you know I'm partial to the pheasant family generally.
Pheasants = win. I really love them as birds and wish we had more in Australia. I've felt a profound connection to many of the pheasant family since I was a young child.
Yay for large size! Blue Eared doesn't look so O_O! on the large one, it actually looks normally and pretty :3 I love the Mikado. Not sure why.
