Now to work on commissions! Well actually, right now it's 7.00am on a Sunday morning, so maybe it's 'now back to bed!'

The Arctic Hare's coloring is PERFECT. I especially love the small corner of green, it reminds me of the short, but vibrant time of Arctic summer.

Gorgeous. I love the detail you put in the fur and all the intricate designs. And wow, you're fast.

Teefy deer ♥ So adorable, and serene. Similar expression to Muntjac, only Muntjac was more Happy while Tufted seems more Prrrr. What a bright background!

I hope teefy cousin finds a good home ♥

(the two hares are SPECTACULAR. One is all SNOW and WINTER, and the other is all SUN and AUTUMN. Wow. Intense.)

My apologies if this shows up twice! Dreamwidth appears to have eaten my original comment.

I am very impressed with all of these. They have a luminescent quality to them that's very engaging. Of the three I'm most impressed with Arctic hare -- you've really captured the gentleness and thoughtfulness of the creature, and I love the blues (our skies here at twilight and dawn), and the silver/white. For the Cape hare I really like the wild spirals and the translucency and veins in those enormous ears. And for the tufted deer I really love the spirals and the ears.

Ooooh, I want the tufted deer original *so* much.

Sadly, I am now broke until at least next fortnight, so I'll just congratulate and envy whoever gets it. ;)

I had no idea there was a deer species with fangs. How bizarre. These are fantastic!

I really like Arctic Hare. Something about the paleness of the colors is so perfect. I love it! <3

The Cape Hare actually reminds me of my bunny, Lilly. She was a lilac (silverish grey) Rex, with loong ears and looong legs like a hare. Her ears were that shade of pink inside and she often had that same kind of soft but intelligent facial expression.

The colors - especially the background - in the Cape Hare are really wonderful. Very peaceful, but still energetic (like summer mornings, early in the day, if that makes sense). And I /love/ the ear! It really looks like there is a light source behind it making the blood vessels stand out.

Weird little fanged deer now looks cute, and not eeeevil like it did in the earlier sketches :D Nature is WEIRD.

I don't know if it's just that your skill set has subtly changed again, or if it's because this lot came knocking, but they're very... there, for want of a better description. Not that I don't think your other pieces are great, but additional life sings through these.

These are *So* wonderful, I keep coming back--I can Not decide which I Love best.
--You got the "stained glass" of the hares ears just perfect!
I hand raised, (and released) a jack rabbit (hare) once-- the 'glowing' ears were one of my favorite things about her.

You mean the areas of light blue? I can see it somewhat in the photo, I can imagine it's much cooler in real life.

Oh, it's so neat to see the two rabbits together, to compare them not only visually but also energetically.

And I love the deer! Looks like he's got a bit of a knowing smile to his face.

I commented elsewhere to say the same thing but again: I can't tell you how pleased I am to see the arctic hare. I just begun work with this animal, thus my recent question about talking about such things. This depiction truly calls to me. Excellent, excellent stuff!

These are awesome as always! I think it's me, but the angle of the photo of Arctic Hare shadows it blue, which is very strange as it seems to leave a twilight feeling over it (no, not that twilight! :P). Looks fine though :) (As if you would change it at this point)

Cape Hare is a weird, buggy-eyed critter with a hell of a stare!

And I so wish I could snatch up the Tufted Deer for Welshwmn3 (she would have to explain why, I'm not sure I remember it right) - but perhaps I will get her a print for Xmas (I owe her other prints I've already bought).
