Dogs are amazing because we ask them to do weird stuff and they are cool with it as long as we are nice and give them yummy food.

Super video. I saw this linked in another place, too, and there the poster indicated that this was all done in a *single* long take. No cutting and pasting to get the right sections. Remarkable dogs, and huzzah rescue! (And of course I'm admiring the GSD in particular...) :)

Heh. I did indeed see it on Three Woofs and a Woo.

I'm actually very keen to see how things proceed with her latest foster, West. I hope she writes a great deal about the work she's doing with him, and that hopefully in there (amongst the critical bit which is young West being given a good life) I can learn more to help my lad. I've often regretted that I don't have access to her well balanced pack of dogs -- even if my previous dog were alive (and vigorous enough), working with the current fellow would have been far easier and the results more comprehensive and better. One can only do one's best, though, so we do what we can and I hope to learn more. I also find West very appealing, personally, but I emphatically do not need a dog with more behavioral issues than my current one. I remind myself of this forcefully when I look at the photos of that charming face and those fuzzy ears. No, no, no! :D

My favorite is Tweed, closely followed by Twoo. (And Twoo wins for looks, I find him very striking.) She does take stunning photos, but then not only is she talented, she has professional gear and ample practice! :D
