Oh it is SO Australian, even in the way it's written! It's fantastic. It's one of the best incidences of graffiti I've ever read on Wiki, especially because you can really hear the Australian vernacular in it.
Maybe I should read it out in a voice post or something, so people can get the full effect. ;)
