Siren gets the furry mice to play with, they are real fur (rabbit, I suspect), with little tails. She eats the tails and *knocks wood HARD* has been fine.
Those might be a consideration if you have them, as being 'safe'. But after this, I'd talk with the vet for advice on appropriate 'chewable' things.
