exactly. To be it's similar to walking a labyrinth. By the time I get to the end my head has dumped all the stupid thoughts and I can reset. Under normal situations I don't think my brain has enough time to process it enough to put it behind me and just drop the subject.
As far as the more specific animal sense... hmmm. I suppose then it would be primal. In the summer I'll rip into a steak with my bare hands, or well there's always a primal kind of sex. :)
*sigh* neither of those I'm getting enough of these days, either.
