[Art] Completed Inking for Parson's Chameleon (pre-colouring)

All the scale detailing will go in during colouring. Well, all the rest of the scale detailing. The little circles in the tail just about gave me a coronary.

Unfinished, but WOAH detail. Seriously, look under the cut!
