The Japanese Serow is a goat-antelope primitive bovine, found in dense woodland. It's one of the national symbols of Japan, though it was once nearly hunted to extinction.
They are associated with - among other things - superior athletic ability, to the point where celebrity athletes and car manufacturers compare themselves and/or their products to the serow.
