Sounds exactly like how last summer was for us. :(

Right now everyone in the US seems to be getting snow - even in the desert southwest that never gets snow! - except for my state. I feel like I live under a bubble-dome.

We get similar cloud formations here in the middle of summer, and they're always hot, dry days. No rain in those clouds! And what a pity, when you could desperately use some.
