Perhaps it says something about the fact that I've been eating catch-as-catch-can the last couple of days (except for dinner out with friends) so I was quite captivated by the photo of the sauce. Those tomatoes and mushrooms look fabulous! (It also reminds me that it's past time to get my act together and do a big shop so I can start cooking to lay away meals in the freezer again.)
