Photo/s of the day. A Moet retrospective.
Jan. 26th, 2011 12:29 pmA Moet retrospective.

Once upon a time, we got a champagne tabby named Moet.

As a handsome, blurry odd-looking fellow.

Moet and Missy (Mum's tenterfield terrier). We got them at approximately the same time, and they spent four years of their life growing up together.

Moet was the boss of Missy. Here's Moet, sleeping in Missy's dog bed. There's Missy, dealing with it.

No really, Moet was the boss of Missy. And bigger than her!

Moet was once an outside cat, and a very good hunter. He was praised for hunting mice and rats, and as a result, he caught a lot of them.

He likes to go under beds and coffee tables, lie on his back, and then forcibly pull himself along on his back, by hooking his claws into the slats underneath. This makes him very happy and hyperactive.

For a while, he was Ambush!Cat, and he lay under the coffeetable in the lounge and would swipe as you walked past.

But really, he was just a big teddy bear.

We sometimes call him a 'beached seal.'

He loves grooming himself like this.

He's my little sand tiger.

He can pull funny faces.

He is still master and overlord of all he surveys.

And he can be an athletic genius.

He likes sitting in potted plants.

He's my boy.
