These are ALL commissions. And currently there's one slot left, but don't worry; I'll relist!
I've been streaming a lot of this inking live on Google+'s Hangout feature.
If you want to watch, go check me out over there as Pia Ravenari. You don't need a webcam or anything. :)

(And of course, roughie, <3! But I told you that already.)

Date: 2011-07-15 03:00 pm (UTC)The Goshawk Griffon, you know I'm quite familiar with the species yes? And you've captured their attitude in flight beautifully in this.
The Rhino viper compells me with its' beauty, which is saying something because I have a healthy fear of the species in the wild. (They can be very cryptic, and therefore blasted hard to avoid antagonizing.)
The Roughlegged Hawk is another species I see a fair bit routinely, particularly in fall, and again you've managed the habitual expression wonderfully. They give a great impression of being comparatively thoughtful (for raptors), and this one conveys that very much.
Of course I adore Senor Rottweiler, and his owner will likely be in transports at his portrait.
And the melanistic Persian leopard is actually one that I look forward to seeing coloured, for all I really like the black and white. I get the feelin that there are some deep subtleties there, that will show more in the colouring. I'm particularly taken with the vibrissae, and the ear.

Date: 2011-07-17 07:50 am (UTC)The rough-legged hawk information is interesting; that they are more thoughtful than many other raptors. I felt a greater sensitivity overall while working with the energy, and it's been interesting overall. :D

Date: 2011-07-15 07:17 pm (UTC)Rhino Viper's snake-eyes wheels are really striking, and the Goshawk-gryphon has a wonderful "whoosh!" feeling to it, and the symbols around Rough-Legged Hawk keep making me want to read them as kanji. *s*
