[Photos] Instagram photo dump: II

Today has been a lovely day,
complete with road trip, farm fresh oranges,
visiting an out of the way Catholic Agricultural College,
a decent nap,
and some snuggle-times with Maybe.
So now I'm in the right mood to continue these Instagram diaries.

Colour sheet - These come in handy, especially during monochromatic pieces. Basically Faber Castell's 'Indigo' is different to Derwent's 'Indigo' is different to other 'Indigoes.'

Oh these were all just what I needed to lift my spirits. I can't pick a favourite in these... Adore the look on Moet's face in Distractions, but love all the others for different reasons. The brightness of the Jonquils, the colour palette, the details in Sneak Peek.... Just love them all. They made me smile and really warmed me through and through.

Very well! Both have just gotten their winter coats in. This is the first winter I've had them, so it's interesting to see how Emmy looks glossier but otherwise the same, and how Mycroft looks much darker; you can clearly see the patterns in his fur, now. :D

Does Moet's coat change in color at all between the seasons?

Perhaps it says something about the fact that I've been eating catch-as-catch-can the last couple of days (except for dinner out with friends) so I was quite captivated by the photo of the sauce. Those tomatoes and mushrooms look fabulous! (It also reminds me that it's past time to get my act together and do a big shop so I can start cooking to lay away meals in the freezer again.)

Heh, I love simple sauces, and every time I see that photo I think 'I could do with some of that again.' I think it's the bright red tomatoes with the sauteed mushrooms that do it for me, every time. *passes some over.*

It's a free iPhone/smartphone application that is like a form of social networking with photography. :)
