[Photos] After the trauma of the vet... it's time for some taking it easy.

Clearly he's perfected his 'looking at the world upside down' technique. Seriously though, when Moet is really relaxed, he does this. He doesn't do this to *sleep*, he does it because he seems to have a special affection for lying like this and then looking at the world upside down.






It started like this. Moet using a pillow as an actual pillow. He does this frequently.





And then it became this. From this it didn't take much for him to convince himself that wriggling onto his back and staying like he was in the first photo for a good hour or two. Just awake, and looking at the world, and happy for some gentle stomach rubs and head pats.





Maybe's had a much rougher day. This was after the vet, post needles and bladder squeezing and Feline Idiopathic Cystitis diagnosis.





But still happy enough to make question mark tail, and to find her favourite spot on the couch.

Cats seem to derive some serious satisfaction from Looking At the World Upside Down. I've seen a few do it quite deliberately, and evidently like what they see. :)
