today i combined my love of abstract photography with my love of the rain. and i don't care if no one else likes the results because i love them. i should do this more often.
I used my zoom lens, and then maxed out the zoom, and then just slightly adjusted until I could focus on the mid-range of the focal length. It was actually pretty difficult to work it out at first, but the zoom lens gives you that really long focal length to find the best rain. :) It also produces that really lovely bokeh in the background.
