[Photos] Le Animale.

So, there is this amazing sculptor, Le Animale
(secretly her name is Laura and she is amazing),
who makes light-hearted animal totems.
I love having physical representations of animals,
especially small, robust ones. And have been slowly building my collection for a little while. And it's been so much fun. :)

So, you can see we have my wolverine necklace (a custom order), an octopus, a narwhal, a psychedelic snail, a miniature snail (a custom order), a platypus and a himalayan monal (a request). They sit in front of my own illustration of himalayan monal, which is one of the very few totem pieces I've ever kept for myself. In fact, now that I've listed red kangaroo and olm, I daresay it's the only totem illustration I've ever kept for myself...

Ah, I get that. I just know that some do get visuals of power animals(I used to), but it sounds like you work more with the energy? That's so neat! I get how you can feel nervous about misinterpreting the energies, they really are vague and slippery things to work with. I'm ridiculously out of touch these days, but I'll have a poke around after Summer(or maybe during) and see if something shows up. I'll probably go for a reading as well, but again, after Summer has passed. I think I already know what work I have to do first, which brings me to the totem description...

It's amazing how well Delicate Mouse fits me, and also amusing to read that what it says I should do is exactly what I have been doing. I guess the image just found me a bit after the message/totem did. But really, it is spot on. Not sure if I have to fill up my PayPal account or what, but I'll tackle that when I get home. Which is now tomorrow, since they moved up the timetable out of the blue. Lots to do! /o\
