That actually looks really good! Lol. Sometimes you describe the things you make and I have a hard time envisioning what they look like. Do you use a recipe book or just know all this stuff by heart? My room mate makes stir fry frequently and it's really delicious. I would like to learn more about cooking but have NO IDEA where or how to begin aside from getting a cookbook. But I'm not even sure what kinds of food I want to create/eat!! T.T
That looks really good. I've been trying to plan for dinner (so I can take things out to thaw) and your dinner is inspiring. (I still don't quite know what I'm going to make, but I'm thinking of stopping at the market on the way home for something fresh, perhaps, instead of relying on the fridge/freezer/some tins.)
I would if I followed a recipe! I never make these things the same way twice, it's always based on the flavours in the vegetables, how much chicken etc.
I do use crushed coriander seeds in the satay though. Every time. But the amount of that changes too.
Hee. It makes a lot of future frozen meals for two people! If I came over I'd make you stuff. :D I do love cooking. Well, sometimes anyway. The reason I cook so much in one day is because I can also really hate cooking.
Heh. Tiredness won and I just threw together some tapas. (Olives, cheese, fruit, some crackers, a bit of sausage, etc. Essentially odds and ends out of the fridge. :D) I'll seriously consider a stirfry later in the week, but I have an evening meeting tomorrow, and then a celebratory lunch with friends on Thursday, so cooking won't really happen for a few days.
