Oh yeah, I go by word of mouth and research, but I don't compromise on vets. And any vet that says 'you can come check out our surgical room and equipment at any time' is a vet that's confident in its premises. We could've maybe saved a couple of hundred taking her to a different vet, but why compromise on care? I want to make sure she lives, not 'scrapes through with a secondary infection.'
