I'm sorry it was so expensive though! I never would have guessed. It's like surgery for humans. :/

Oh yeah, it is, pretty much. Although, this is still cheaper than the same sort of surgery for a human. And while we're sad that it'll be... a struggle to recoup savings, we'd do anything for Maybe to make sure she's okay, so it's worth it.

I can't wait until she's home and has the cone of shame off her head. :)
