I forget whether I asked you this, but what's the gallery situation like there? I know a number of artists I know here will do gallery shows as often as possible to appeal to a larger customer base. It's no0t that much better here in the U.S.--otherwise I wouldn't know so many *starving* artists.

Also, have you done much research into professional book illustration, as in ways to break into the industry? You have a very versatile style that would work for all sorts of genres.
