I can identify with this a lot. Like much with me I didn't have any name for it - "web" seems somewhat too generic a term to impact. But there have been explorations into this even in media - all those films we see about the interconnected series of events involving a group of people. "Crash" is a good one, or even stuff like "Go."
It's be interesting to try and work with this in some way, instead of just being aware of it as most people are.
