And yet I haven't completely embraced and integrated my lives yet.

It's not easy... well it's not easy for a lot of people, and it wasn't easy for me. I think we live in divisive and compartmentalised worlds, where 'science' and 'spirituality' and 'biological health' are kept in separate boxes.

And this helps some people. But I don't think it's an attitude that helps everyone.
